Privacy Policy

TillBridge connects a customer's Square and QuickBooks accounts so the customer can preview and post daily sales summaries. We store the minimum data needed to provide that service, including account connection status, encrypted OAuth tokens, import history, billing state, and audit events.

Data we process

We process business contact details, Square sales summaries, QuickBooks reference data, import previews, posted import records, and Stripe billing identifiers. OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest.

How data is used

Data is used to create daily accounting summaries, keep VAT mappings consistent, support billing, troubleshoot failures, and maintain an audit trail for customer support.

Deletion and support

Customers can request account disconnection or deletion by contacting support. Production deletion must remove stored OAuth tokens and stop future imports.
