Terms of Service

TillBridge prepares daily Square to QuickBooks import summaries for customer review. Customers remain responsible for checking imports, VAT treatment, mappings, and filings before relying on the data.

Customer responsibility

You must connect only accounts you are authorised to use, review previews before posting, and confirm the correct VAT/accounting treatment with your accountant where needed.

Posting to QuickBooks

TillBridge blocks live posting until setup is complete and the user confirms the action. Once posted, changes to QuickBooks may require manual correction or voiding in QuickBooks.

Billing

Subscriptions are billed through Stripe. Access to posting and automation may be paused if a subscription is unpaid, cancelled, or no longer active.
